A great discovery. Perfectly located for our purposes, clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It really was just like being at home. Claire was easy to deal with.

Claire is a great host! The apt was exactly as advertised and nicely placed in a very quiet residential area. Public transport only a block away, grocery store, huge bakery and pharmacy a 10 minute walk away. Internet was very reliable, a real treat! Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Australia!

My husband and I stayed at Kenata - Wembley
Downs in January. We were seeking
short-term accommodation, as we had just arrived in the country on a working visa. Having just been able to travel with two suitcases in
the first instance, we were very pleased to find this apartment very well
equipped with all means of cooking and laundry facilities, bedding, towels,
internet access - even beach towels and rugs!
The apartment was very clean and had many good
finishing touches, which made it feel like a home as opposed to a rental. The
apartment is in a quiet residential area and the beach and city centre is
easily accessible by bus - there is a stop literally right around the corner
(if you do not have a car).
The beach is a 2 minute bus ride and the city is
25 minutes. The Karrinyup Shopping Centre is also easily accessible from this
area and has excellent shops and restaurants. This apartment offers great value
for money and we would recommend it highly.
